How can I apply for paypal, pahingi naman on what's steps I have to do.

You just go to Paypal.com and sign up. Fill up the form and follow instructions.

Now usually you need to link this up to a bank to where the funds are pull from and also deposited to. For additional sources of funds you can add credit card and debit card information as well.

Now since US based ako, almost every bank walang problem kumonek sa Paypal. Now sa Pinas, I have heard different stories so masmaganda yung mga based pas Pinas mag kwento about banks ideal for Paypal, although based sa naririnig ko, maganda daw sa UnionBank.
