Not my specialty, but I know yung department namin dito uses several companies, from Adroll, Quantcast, DoubleClick, AdMob sa mobile, AOL Advertising, and more.

Now about the affordable part... I think it all depends on your budget, since I am an SEO guy, all of these appear to me as expensive. But that is just because I am an SEO guy. I really do now know what is cheap or expensive in this industry. But I do know you can get your money's worth if you do the research well on who/what/where/when you want to target your ads.

So market research is important, web analytics is important to see what works, and proper implementation of analytics attribution is important because sometimes viewthroughs and long process of clicktrials with multiple touch points on a variet of media can still help in the overall sale. So kahit mukha syang expensive, if the number show it is more profitable, bale wala ang expensiveness kung kumikita naman.
